Who we are
This policy explains how Scam Prevention Specialists LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through scampreventionspecialists.com (the “Site”). The Site has no accounts and takes no payments.
This policy covers the Site only. ScamurAI and the other services we provide are covered by the terms and privacy details you agree to when you sign up for them.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, call us or email us, we receive what you send: your name, business name, phone number, email address and message. We use it to answer you and to provide the service you asked about. Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through the form.
Information collected automatically
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the Site, and the Site does not set cookies.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
Services we use
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts the Site.
- Google Fonts typefaces are bundled with the Site, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services listed above so they can do their jobs, when the law requires it, or if the business is sold or transferred to a new owner.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to help you and for our ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the details below.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. See also our Terms of Service.
